Making the Choice for Joy

A decision that will elongate your life

I want to ask you a few questions, and I want you to avoid responding immediately in your head.  Just think about each one for a few moments.

  • Do you hope that there is more to life than non-stop activity filled with stress, anxiety and worry?
  • Do you automatically focus on the next goal, immediately upon finishing the current one?
  • Do you wish you could find a way to “smell the roses” more often?
  • Do you want to feel more joy in your life?

If you answered YES to each of these questions, then you may be ready for real change.  A change that shifts your focus from overachieving to joychieving.

Becoming a Joychiever means placing as much emphasis and intention on incorporating joy into your daily life as rushing to climb each rung on the ladder.  But it requires work. Work to break old habits and build new ones.  Work to do a deep dive into yourself to figure out what makes you tick.  Work to create boundaries and make space for joy.

Most people don’t make real change until they are sick and tired of being sick and tired.  Is that you?  Are you ready?  If you are, welcome!  I have been where you are and can’t wait to share the Joychiever roadmap to guide you along the way.  And the good news is that you don’t have to give up being wildly successful.  You can achieve AND have joy!
